NOTE ON LOCATIONS - Default pickup location for this auction is Gladwin. Buyers must contact John Peck Auctions to request pickup in Charlotte. Please note we conduct many on site auctions in different statewide locations. Site locations are posted on every auction.

If you are not able to attend the scheduled pickup days, we ask you DO NOT bid prior to getting approval from auctioneer. 

Alternate pickup days are case by case and at the discretion of the auctioneer. Scheduling is based on the availability of the auction company.

Items must be paid in full by the conclusion of the pickup day. Payments can be mailed, dropped off, paid online or over the phone.

Michigan's new gun laws effective 2/13/24 & how they apply to John Peck Auction customers.

Customers are no longer required to submit any paperwork to law enforcement. John Peck Auctions as the seller will now submit all documentation.

Free on-site NICS background checks will still be performed for ALL sales unless the buyer is a Federally Licensed Dealer.

PISTOL SALES –

BUYERS WITH AN ACTIVE CPL must bring it on the pickup day.

BUYERS WITHOUT AN ACTIVE CPL must first go to a Police Department and obtain a “License to Purchase” LTP Form RI-010.

LONG GUN SALES

Business as usual, bring a valid state issued ID and a free NICS background check will be performed.
