AUCTION TERMS: A 20% buyer's premium. All invoices must be paid by credit card at the end of the auction no exceptions. If you are unable to pay by card we ask you do not bid. You can pay online using the pay link that will be provided in your winning email or call the following day to pay over the phone. No payments accepted at pickup. Everything is sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no guarantee or warranty of any kind. All Sales Final.
All units must be cleaned out by Sunday June 2 @ 5 pm. Or rent unit for a month. No dumpster use is allowed.
Sale ends May 30th, 2024, 6PM. Current tenants have until 4 pm on May 29th to settle lien or the sale will proceed.
